Kinesiology Sessions
Kinesiology is the study of muscle movement. With this movement I am able to establish the cause and what support your body requires to come back into balance and heal. .
Distant Kinesiology
Being that everything is energy and the modalities used at True Balance Within are to align and balance energy, then healings can be done distantly for people all over the world.
Chakra Balance
They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
Colour Balance
This is a fun playful balance that combines a number of techniques to establish which colour vibration your body is asking for. The colour vibration helps to balance your energy.
Immune Balance
This balance focuses on strengthening and supporting your immune system. It combines a kinesiology balance, tuning fork treatment and flower essences all targeting the immune system. We look at the energy in relation to your thymus, spleen and lymphatics
Balance for Pets
Depending on your pets’ history, he/she may have come from an abusive or neglected household. Shock, trauma and anxiety are all part of your pets’ energy. Animals can be traumatized by events, weather, loud noises and abuse.

Wherever you are on your journey, you have the power to improve your life by letting go of negative beliefs and suppressed emotions that may cause undesirable reactions, choices, outcomes and even physical symptoms. Changing your beliefs changes your perception, changes your life.

My life changed when I was introduced to Kinesiology in 2004. I had an unexplained skin condition that would not heal. Having tried and persevered with many creams, medicines and supplements, I was referred to a Kinesiologist. My liver energy was out of balance due to unresolved anger. Over a number of sessions the cause of my anger was released, my body was able to re-balance and self-heal. The skin condition cleared.
