Kinesiology Session – will release any blocks (via the subconscious) to allow the natural energy of the body to flow freely. By removing these blocks you overcome fears and limitations that prevent you from attracting a balanced way of being.
Infrared Sauna - penetrates below the skin to remove toxic materials that build up in the body. Benefits: increases blood circulation, improves skin tone, reduces fatigue
Detox Foot Bath - Cleanse the body by drawing impurities out of the body via the feet. Benefits: increases energy, improves mental clarity, improves sleep quality, oxygenates brain tissue, supports skin health
Zen Chi - Promotes blood flow to capillary banks in all extremities of the body, restoring supply to areas that have suffered poor circulation. Great for lethargy, lack of exercise, stress and tension.
